These terms explain how to use the Mangesh Mahadev website and its shopping services, operated by House of Mangesh Mahadev Private Limited. Please read them before creating an account or placing an order. Our Privacy Policy explains how customer information is handled.
Accounts and email verification
Use an email address you control and provide accurate contact details. An email verification code lets you access your customer account; keep it private and sign out on shared devices. Contact customer care if you notice activity you did not authorise. Creating an account does not require a newsletter subscription.
Products, sizes and personalisation
Review the selected size, quantity, product description and any item-specific conditions before checkout. Images can appear different across screens. Ask us about fit or fabric before ordering if you need clarification. Measurements and bespoke appointment requests are information for our team; a request alone does not confirm a custom order or its completion date.
Prices and placing an order
Checkout displays the amount payable in Indian rupees, including the applicable delivery amount. Check the current total before submitting. Availability is checked when the order is placed, so an item in your bag is not reserved. If a catalogue error affects your order, we will contact you about the available resolution rather than silently changing the agreed amount.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is the payment method currently offered at checkout. Pay the amount shown for your order when it is handed over. The checkout does not ask for card numbers or bank credentials. Your order reference lets you review the order status; it does not mean payment has been collected.
Delivery and store pickup
Choose home delivery or an available store pickup option and check the delivery details and any collection instructions provided for your order. Provide a reachable phone number so the team can coordinate fulfilment. Delivery and pickup readiness depend on the selected item and fulfilment arrangements. Do not travel for collection until the team confirms that your order is ready.
Cancellations, returns and order help
Available cancellation actions appear with your order. If cancellation is no longer available, contact customer care with the order reference. For a return, exchange, damaged item or incorrect delivery, contact us with the relevant details. Any product-specific return or customisation conditions disclosed before purchase apply alongside your rights under applicable law. These terms do not remove statutory remedies.
Respectful and authorised use
Use the website for legitimate shopping and account activity. Do not impersonate another customer, access another person’s orders, interfere with checkout, or submit harmful content. Brand names, product photographs, design materials and software belong to their respective rights holders. Request permission before republishing or commercially using these materials.
Service changes and your rights
Features may be updated or temporarily unavailable during maintenance. We may restrict misuse while keeping customer support available for existing orders. Material changes to these terms will be published here with an updated date. Nothing here excludes obligations or customer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
